INTERIOR PROPERTY SPECIFICATION LIST
1-Living-room floors; first class laminate parquet flooring, colour-cherry . Living-room walls; sound and heat insulation bricks, coated with integrated gypsum plaster and painted with water-base&antiseptic beige plastic paint(colour can be changed). Light band and coving. Ceilings will be painted with white plastic paint. A fireplace in living-room, barbecue in balcony.
2-Bedroom walls; sound&heat insulation, coated with integrated gypsum plaster, painted with beige-coloured plastic paint. Curtain band and coving. Floors; laminate parquet flooring. Colour- cherry. Ceilings will be painted with white plastic paint.
3-There will be 2 bathrooms and 2 WC in villas with the property area of 155 m2. And there will be 3 bathrooms and 3 WC in villas with the property area of 170 m2. Master bedroom's bathroom's walls 25*30 first class Canakkale or Ege ceramic tiling with border. In master bathroom, there will be a jaccuzi, a shower cabin, a porcelain lavatory bowl ,a washbasin. First class NSK chrome bathroom faucets and interval taps. Bathroom floor tiles will go with bathroom walls' faience. 4-Kitchen walls will be coated with gypsum plaster and will be painted with plastic paint. Furnishing/MDF lam kitchen units. Entire kitchen cabinets above and underneath worktop. Granite worktop. INOX chrome double kitchen sink. A garbage grinder and a pull out rubbish bin. 10*10 antique ceramic tiles 60 cm above worktop level. INOX extractor. Kitchen floors; 33*33 ceramic flooring.
5-Corridor and balcony floors; 33*33 ceramic flooring. Walls of corridor will be coated with gypsum plaster and will be painted with plastic paint.
6-Villa interior doors; solid wooden door. KALE door locks and INOX decorative door handles.
7-Villa interior stairs; AFYON beige marble or travertine. Metallic painted wrought iron stair railings. Stair handrails with thick iron pipe.
8- Electrical installation; Power sockets and electric switches in kitchen,bedrooms and living-room. Lighting. Telephone and TV connections,one each in bedrooms and two each in living-room.LEGRAND armature and electric switches.
9-ΗAΠLAR materials for dirty water clean water installation. Installation for central heating. No radiators. Electricity installation for air conditioner in bedrooms and living-room. No air conditioner .
10- WC walls; 25*30 CANAKKALE/ EGE dual coloured ceramic tiling with border. Porcelain lavatory bowl and washbasin with NSK faucet.
11-Villa entrance door sides will be built with glass bricks and door will be wood effect.. Monoblok Kale security lock.

EXTERIOR PROPERTY SPECIFICATION LIST
1-Tile roofing with water insulation and Marseille bricks. Slate stone or pressed brick will be used on villa exterior walls. Marble window sills. Exterior surface will be painted with silicone-base acrylic paint with two different colour. Exterior steel door.
2-Balcony railings; vertical pipes. Balcony handrails; metallic painted thick iron pipe.
3-Stone wall with security fencing around the complex and outdoor lighting.
